Users can reserve a desk session using their personal Microsoft 365 license. Once logged in, they can access all their Teams applications and tools, including joining or creating meetings. When their session is complete, users can securely log off, removing all personal user data from the device.
• Meet and Greet Visitors: The ThinkSmart View Plus conveniently functions as a virtual reception, enabling staff to greet visitors and patients for contactless check-in via video calls. IT admins can easily enable Virtual Front Desk mode and configure contact information to route video calls directly to multiple assigned employees serving as virtual receptionists. • Security for shared workspaces: When using hot desks or shared workspaces, keeping data secure and private across multiple employees is critical. Employees can securely login with facial recognition or scan a QR code with their smartphones for authenticated login.
